Where are OR Handmade clothes made?

OR handmade clothes are designed, cut and made in Greece.

How can I tell if an item fits my size? How do I chose the correct size?

Unless the item is indicated as one size, you have the option of small- medium – large.  Please check out the size chart before placing your order. You will need a measuring tape to make sure you get your measurements right.

Bust circumference – Place the tape around the fullest part of your bust

Waist circumference - Place the tape around the narrowest part of your waist (usually  about 2.5 cm above your bellybutton)

Hip circumference - Place the tape around the fullest part of your hips (usually about 18 cm below natural waist)

In any event however, each body is unique so, if you feel that you do not fit exactly to any given size you can contact me for small size variations (e.g. narrow shoulders/wider hips/longer sleeves)

What is the difference between “ready-made” - “made to order”    items?

OR handmade is a limited edition and small production brand, thus not all items are readily available. In each item description you will find two categories indicating the availability status.

“Ready- made”:  items readily available that can be shipped upon placing your order.

“Made to Order”: designs that can be reproduced in a similar or totally different fabric/color. Due to fabric limitations it might be impossible to find the exact same fabric. Contact me for options as far as available fabrics and colors are concerned.

What type of size or pattern variations do you accept?

Before placing your order please check the size chart and the length of the item as indicated in the description. It might be the case that you need a longer/shorter version or a size alteration (bust-hips),

Small pattern alterations (e.g sleeveless instead of long sleeves, wider belt) can be provided to allow for the outcome you want.

Can I order my own design?

No, we do not offer this service.

Can you help me with care instructions?

Care instructions are included. As all items are handmade, they deserve careful treatment. Hand washing and dry cleaning will be indicated if needed.

How often do you have new designs?

Approximately 4-6 times a year.

PAYMENTS (Payment methods, terms, deadlines, taxes, cancellation policy, etc.)

What are the available payment methods?

You can use your credit/debit card, your Paypal account or a Bank deposit. For customers in Greece there is the extra option for Cash on Delivery (αντικαταβολή)

Can I cancel an order I have placed?

Yes, if you wish to cancel your order, just contact me within 12 hours

Is VAT included in the price of the item?

Yes, VAT is included

DELIVERY (Shipping methods, upgrades, deadlines, insurance, confirmation, international customs, etc.)

How much time does it normally take for a piece to ship?

It depends on the availability status of each item.

“Ready-made” item will be shipped in 1-2 working days, once payment has been cleared.

For “Made to Order” items allow 5-10 working days for the item to be made

What are your shipping methods and estimated delivery time?

For orders in Greece the standard shipping method is through courier, and the estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days upon dispatch. (Cash on delivery -Αντικαταβολή- is also an option)

For european and international orders the standard shipping method is through the Greek Postal Service as registered airmail. This method allows you to track your package.

The estimated delivery time (according to the Postal Service) is:

-          For Europe: 5-10 working days

-          For international shipping: 7-20 working days

What is the estimated shipping cost?

There is some variation depending on the location, the volume and weight of your package, but the exact cost will be calculated and indicated before placing your order.

The shipping cost for a normal sized item (e.g  a dress) is as follows:

Greece – 3 €

Cyprus- Balkans - 10 €

Europe – 10 €

America or Other - 15 €

What happens if a registered mail is lost?

In such a case, a full refund will be issued, unless the delivery address you have provided is incorrect.

RETURNS (Refund Policy- Terms, eligible items, damages, losses, etc.)

Can I return an item I’ve ordered?

Yes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Thus, if for any reason you feel that the garment  you bought is not working for you, you can return it. Returns are accepted within 14 days upon delivery and only in their original state and undamaged. A full refund (excluding the return shipping cost) will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
